Almaviva 1998 Chile		來自智利的 Almaviva 紅酒，由釀酒大師 Coucha Y Tora 和 Baron Philippe do Rothachild ，採用三種高貴頂級葡萄精心限量釀製，酒味至醇，入口留香。 Almaviva, born of the encounter of two cultures and tow companies. Almaviva is a great red wine which, in the Bordeaux tradition, is made from three noble grape varieties, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Cabernet-Frane and Merlet. It is produced in limited quantities by Coucha Y Tora and Baron Philippe do Rothachild n the vineyards of Puente.
Meia Pipa Portugal		This wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Castelao (Periquital) grape varieties grown in the peninsula of Setubal region. The wine is aged for 12 months in small Portuguese oak barrels, called "meia-pipa", which were previously used for " Quinta da Bacalhoa". This wine shows a good balance between the two strong personality grape varieties - deep dark red colour, aromas and flavours of red berries with hints of mint and peppers, firm and soft texture, good final persistence.
Ma Partilha Portugal		Produced from Merlot grapes grown on clay-lime soil from a vineyard located in the gentle slopes of Azeitao. The very close vine density, the soil and the microclimate of this vineyard enables the achievement of grapes Merlot with strong local personality.Partial fermentationin small new oak barrels contributes to an excellent integration of fruit and oak in the wine. Maturation for six months in these same barrels, ensures superb fruit and oak balance, with palate complexity.The wine has a potential ageing in bottle of 5-15 years depending on the vintage.
Cova Da Ursa Portugal		Made with 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in "Cova da Ursa", located at the top of the slopes above Azeitao. The calcareous rockey soil and the mild Arrabida mesoclimate allow the fruit to develop and ripen slowly with sufficient natural acidity. The following fermentation and maturation occur in new oak barrels made in the vineyard's cooperage. The result is a golden greenish full-flavoured Chardonnay with fruity, buttery and toasty flavours, integrated oak and soft acidity.
